MOTION in Air 2
As a follow up series to the popular, "Motion in Air" , Mike Campau turned to the talents of famous sports and action photographer Tim Tadder. Tim, shot the dancers (choreographed by Nathan Kim) at their studio, while Mike created the virtual sculptures cgi, and cleverly combined the elements in Photoshop.
Keeping the same premise as the original concept, Mike made each shape unique based on the dancer's personality, style, and movements in the air. This time more dramatic lighting and darker tones were used to better match with Tim's patented look.
